The yoga I teach is dynamic yet gentle and respectful of the natural differences of each individual. Through the practice of yoga I try to stimulate you increase awareness of your body, your breath, and, eventually, your thoughts and emotions.
As the Hatha Yoga Pradipika says, a teacher (Guru) is the one who "shows you the way." I try to be that teacher, without forgetting, and always reminding you, that the best Guru resides within yourself.I firmly believe yoga is a discipline that can help anybody improve their quality of life. I hope through practice you'll come to believe this too.
